Covid-19 Response

I know that many in our community may wonder how we, as a group, are going to maintain safety for all of our members during training – while still meeting together.

We can do this by following a few simple guidelines.

If you feel sick…. STAY HOME

If you would like
to wear a mask, please do!

Space apart while
training and cough into your elbow AWAY from other runners.

Avoid gathering closely at water stops.
